Trophy Monster will endeavour to deliver all orders within 7-10 working days. If for any reason we expect a delay with your order we will contact you in advance to advise you of the anticipated delivery date.

Standard UK shipping is 7-10 working days via Courier service. If you require a express service please get in touch. Orders to the UK Mainland are charged as below:

All orders for UK Islands, Highlands & Northern Ireland are sent via Royal Mail tracked services and are charged at £9.00 per order.

All orders for the Republic of Ireland are sent via Courier services and are charged at £24.99 per order.

UK EXPRESS SERVICE

If you require an express service please get in touch via email. We are manufacturers of many of the products on our site which are made to order. However, we always keep a certain level of stock on certain items that we can normally offer on a next day service.

RETURNS

We hope you’ve received your Trophy Monster products in due time and great condition.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to help. Return your item in the same condition you received it within 30 days of delivery. If your return is approved, we'll refund your credit card for the redeemable amount.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We’re proud to supply trophies, medals and awards to customers all over the world.

Delivery across Europe (excluding the UK) typically takes up to 14 business days once your order has been confirmed and your awards have been produced in-house by our team.

Because international shipping costs depend on destination, parcel size, weight and courier availability, our website doesn’t automatically calculate overseas delivery at checkout. This allows us to quote you accurately and ensure you’re only paying the true cost — not an inflated estimate.
